Take time to find peace in the noisy, confusion of this ever changing, stressful world. If we feel depressed, we pass it on to those around us, likewise if we have peace within us. Prayer / Meditation or simple Gratitude helps.

a) When we are stressed, we snap at people and even loved ones.
b) When we are peaceful, we are a joy to be around. Strong, loving relationships.
Find time for you, or you will be running on empty, with nothing to give and no inner strength to draw from.
If you focus on the positive and have a heart of Gratitude you will find it because happy and positive feelings attract Happy and positive circumstances, opportunities, people, creative ideas that will change your life forever etc. Whatever you are grateful for, you end up getting more of.
The Mystery behind Gratitude
“Whoever has will be given more and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have even what he has will be taken away.” (found in book of Matthew – the hidden word being Gratitude)
The Key: Whoever has (gratitude) will be given more and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have (gratitude) even what he has will be taken away.
Even if you are going through trials of life, still find things to be grateful for. You can eat, you are alive, you can move etc.

Ofcourse, it’s easier said than done because the heart hurts. However, if we don’t let it go, this is what bitterness does to people:
a) Bitterness Ages people. They look at least 5 years older.
b) Bitterness attracts Negative Karma. In life we attract what we give out.
c) It makes tumours grow in the body. This can be terminal.
d) Bitterness robs the body of energy. It just saps!
What if there is bitterness towards a family member and one day they die? People start wishing they didn’t take it too far and wish they made peace with them – Too late!!…….then Pain and bitterness Round Two starts.
If this is you, let it go for your own peace and happiness.
As difficult as it may be, we have to look for things to be grateful for in any Negative situation. It keeps away harmful negative thoughts and can help attract a solution. See things in a different way.
No Job? – Be grateful you have skills to get one.
No Car? – Be grateful for public transport that helps for now. Etc. (Some people are painfully using Crutches.)
Gautama Bhuddha says: “Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learnt a little. If we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick. If we got sick, at least we didn’t die.”
You are alive and breathing. There is still hope. (◕‿◕)
Nobody on earth is perfect, even the most upright Christian, Muslim or Pope. However, I do know that everyone in life, also has a good quality or good qualities about them. We should love people for who they are and be patient with any negative thing about them.
Maybe with time, they will change.
Maybe with time, we can help them be better.
Maybe they crossed our path to make us grow/learn a lesson.
Our thoughts and words are powerful and we attract what we think. As you continue to affirm that all is well and expect positive things, you will definitely attract them. Visualise things working out for you. Always have in mind that conditions will shift in your favour and expect them to.
Amazingly, they will!!
