In other words….Whatever Makes You Happy

It’s important that we feel good in life. This feeling goes out as a signal into the universe and starts to attract more of itself to us. So, the more we feel good, the more good we attract.

It is  also handy to have a list of  Thought Shifters for any time we are feeling down. E.g listening to music, watching a movie, going for a walk, meditation, retail therapy, looking through family photos, recalling beautiful memories, writing etc. It immediately shifts us from a negative frequency to a positive one

Thoughts are powerful. Stay on a Positive Frequency.

  1. Thought shifters! I read about this recently. When I find my thoughts getting off track, I immediately turn to these thought shifters to bring my thoughts back to the positive side. Music, a walk, and deliberately smiling works best for me : )
